Introduction Indian Institute of technology are one of the best engineering and technology colleges in world. In India there are thirteen I.I.T.’s namely IIT Mumbai, IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Chennai, IIT Kharakpur, IIT Guwahati, IIT Roorkee, ITVaranasi, IITJodhpurand ISM Dhanbad, Which imparts quality education of international level in engineering and technology. Eligibility The minimumacademicqualification foradmissionthrough JEE is a pass grade in the finalexaminationof 10+2 system or its equivalent, referred to as the QualifyingExaminationin this brochure or a3 or 4-year Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.Candidates who qualify in the Screening Test of JEE shallbe allowedto appear in the Main Examination. Indian Institute of Technology(IIT) conduct a Joint EntranceExamination(JEE) every year for the admission to its B-Tech and othercourses.
ExaminationPattern for JEE JEE have two papers with three hours each. These papers contain questions from chemistry, physics and mathematics. Each paper has three subsections and contains the questions from three subjects without sectional time limit. In the new pattern 20 percent time is minimized from first examinationto lastexamination. As per the last exam, if interval is of 2 hours then student will be in exam zone for 8 hours rather than 10 hours. In new pattern, papers will be reduced from 3 to 2 which also helps student in minimizing stress. Testing time remains as it is, students are trained for looking at problems.
